We can rebuild your Scribe Insight integrations on the TCI platform, and you gain all of the power, flexibility, and connectivity that TCI provides.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support: Maintenance and support assistance can be provided as needed, or via an ongoing, managed plan.
OUR APPROACH
We recommend an agile project management approach on our projects. This enables us to deliver initial results and business benefits faster, and improve and expand the functionality with multiple iterations. This works exceptionally well with integration projects. Given this approach, most projects are billed using an hourly rate. Our consultants keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your project. They count in fifteen-minute increments and round up or down to the nearest increment. Consultant rates vary depending on the consultant assigned and the size of the project. Upon request, projects with a predefined set of detailed requirements may be quoted at a fixed price.
We make it quick and easy to get started with us, whether you need just a few hours of help or a few hundred hours.
The vast majority of the work we do is over the phone and web. We use web conferencing apps and VPN to collaborate with your team and access your systems if needed. Modern cloud-based systems make access even simpler. Web-based appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 4 hours at a time. Our consultants do occasionally travel for onsite work, when appropriate.
